HRH Group of Hotels Hosts 'Train the Trainer' Certification Program

The HR Division of the HRH Group of Hotels recently hosted a comprehensive 'Train the Trainer' program at the HRH Training Cell Conference Hall, The City Palace, Udaipur. Facilitated by Col. Siraj Delhve from enhancingHR, the initiative brought together team members from across group hotels from key departments.

Conducted in two initial cohorts on 20th - 21st April and 27th - 28th April 2026 the interactive sessions culminated in a Final Certification Batch on 11th May 2026.

The top five performers selected by Col. Delhve delivered extensive presentations followed by rigorous Q&A sessions to earn their certifications as official departmental trainers:

• - Mr. Mayur Raj Singh    F&B, Palki Khana, Shiv Niwas Palace
• - Chef Bhagwati Lal Mali    F&B Production, Shiv Niwas Palace
• - Chef Manoj Kumawat    F&B Production, Shiv Niwas Palace
• - Mr. Mohd. Ali Khan    F&B Service, Jagmandir Island Palace
• - Mr. Rahul Paliwal    Front Office, Shiv Niwas Palace

The journey concluded on 6th July 2026, with a formal Certificate Presentation Ceremony at the HRH Training Cell, attended by Col. Siraj Delhve, Mr. Andrew Batey, Mr. Ajay Nagar, Mr. Gautam Sinha and HR leadership.
