Prioritizing Safety & Preparedness: Joint Fire & Safety Training
at Gajner Palace and Karni Bhawan Palace Prepared to Protect:

Safety is the cornerstone of exceptional hospitality. Regular fire safety training and emergency preparedness are essential to protecting lives, preserving heritage and ensuring that every guest enjoys a secure and seamless experience. By equipping teams with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively during emergencies, organizations build a culture of vigilance, responsibility and operational excellence.

Reaffirming this commitment, the HRH Group of Hotels conducted a comprehensive Fire & Safety Training and Emergency Response Drill on 15th June 2026, for the teams at Gajner Palace and Karni Bhawan Palace, Bikaner. The intensive training session was led by renowned safety expert Mr. Pranay Jani, Chairman & CEO of RellBell Protection India Private Limited and Chairman of the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), Udaipur Chapter. Combining expert insights with practical demonstrations, the workshop equipped staff members with the skills required to respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.

Participants received hands-on training in fire prevention, emergency evacuation protocols and the safe operation of firefighting equipment. A key highlight of the session was the practical demonstration of the internationally recognized PASS technique for operating fire extinguishers-Pull the safety pin, Aim at the base of the fire, Squeeze the handle and Sweep from side to side until the flames are extinguished. Through live exercises, employees gained valuable confidence in handling potential fire emergencies while adhering to established safety protocols.
