Mewar Vision Shared with Hon'ble President of India at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar recently met with Hon'ble President of India, Smt Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan, Delhi, to discuss a wide range of pressing national and international issues. Their dialogue highlighted the interconnectedness of Mewar's rich historical heritage with contemporary challenges. A significant focus was given to empowering women through girl child education and safety.

Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar proudly shared the unique legacy of the Mewar family's commitment to girl child education, which began 162 years ago with Maharana Shambhu Singh's establishment of the Shambhuratna Pathshala in 1863. Today, this institution operates as the Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Jagdish Chowk, Udaipur. The Mewar family continues to support this school by providing resources including computers, books, and stationery to foster education for girls.

Maa Ghambhiri, a senior brahmachari and one of Isha Foundation's earliest volunteers, visited Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar at Shambhu Niwas Palace, Udaipur.
