Poster Release of the Shiv Sena Premier League T-20 Cricket Tournament

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar released the poster for the Shiv Sena Premier League T-20 Cricket Tournament at The City Palace, Udaipur. The event was attended by notable figures including Shiv Sena Rajasthan State Deputy Chief Mr. Raviraj Soni, Division Secretary Mr. Jagdish Prajapat, Sports Cell Division Chief Mr. Rahul Rathore, Sports Cell District Chief Mr. Vinod Khatik, Metropolitan Incharge Ms. Babulal Salvi, Unclaimed Burial Head Mr. Dinesh Kumar Linjara, Business Cell representative Mr. Vishnu Kumawat, Sports Cell District Secretary Mr. Ayush Ghaaru, and Mr. Gopal Salvi.

The tournament is scheduled to take place at MBA Ground from October 14 to October 23. This initiative aims to promote sports and foster community engagement through cricket.

Stakeholders Conclave on World Standards Day 2024

On the occasion of World Standards Day 2024, a Stakeholders Conclave was held on Monday, organized jointly by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Mohanlal Sukhadia University. This event focused on the theme of "Shared Vision for a Better World: Inclusion of Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure)," emphasizing the importance of building robust infrastructure and promoting inclusive and sustainable industrialization and innovation.

In his inaugural address, Chief Guest Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Executive Director, HRH Group of Hotels, highlighted the need to transform the 21st century into India's golden era through enhanced quality and standardization. He stressed that standards play a crucial role in simplifying and securing our lives, asserting that prioritizing quality in the Make in India initiative is vital for our industries to compete globally. Mr. Mewar also administered an oath to participants, committing them to uphold quality and standardization.

The conclave saw participation from 35 key stakeholders, including BIS Jaipur Director Mr. Kanika Kalia, Professor Meera Mathur, Dr. Avinash Panwar, and Mr. Ashu Gupta, Vice President of the Indian Society for Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning. In total, over 200 stakeholders from Udaipur, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, and Rajsamand attended the event.
