At Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Mr. Mewar visited Bhopal, where he was accompanied by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Together, they unveiled a grand 15-foot statue of Rani Padmavati at Manuabhan Tekri. Mr. Mewar then attended the Maharana Pratap Jayanti celebrations at Motilal Nehru Stadium near Lal Parade Ground. He presented the soil of Haldi Ghati to the Chief Minister, who was also joined by Union Minister Shri Narendra Singh Tomar. The Chief Minister announced that a grand memorial will be built for Maharana Pratap, Chetak, and their other associates in Bhopal. The memorial will showcase their life philosophies and bravery, and will be included in the textbooks of Madhya Pradesh so that future generations can learn about them. Mewar also addressed the gathering.

At Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh In the evening, Mr. Mewar was the chief guest at a celebration held at the auditorium of CMS School in Vardan Khand, Lucknow. He was greeted by the national president of Bharatiya Kshatriya Samaj, Anil Singh Gehlot, the state president, Hari Govind Singh Parihar, and the state secretary, Dr. Pankaj Singh Badhoriya. Mr. Mewar presented them with soil from Haldi Ghati. A blood donation camp was also organized. Mewar addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of preserving the culture and heritage. The event was organized by Bharatiya Kshatriya Samaj. |
