At the session on Environment, “ONLY ONE EARTH – a discussion on Environment”

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar virtually attended the special interactive Session on Environment, “ONLY ONE EARTH – a discussion on Environment” organized at Expo 2020, Dubai by the India Pavilion and Bhamla Foundation. The session aimed at raising awareness and the need to safeguard the environment, in line with the annual global theme laid out by the United Nations Environment Programme, ‘Only One Earth’ for the World Environment Day 2022.

Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry virtually addressed the session. Other prominent dignitaries included Mrs. Amruta Devendra Fadnavis, Social Activist on Environment & Sustainability; Mr. Shantanu Mukherjee, Musician & Composer on Environment & Sustainability; Mr. Suniel Shetty, Indian film personality, and Mr. Surendra Patawari, Indian film producer, Chairman, Gemini Corporation NV, Belgium.

The India Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai reflects India’s commitment to the philosophy of (Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu), which means, “May everyone, in the whole world, be happy.”

The India Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai is one of the biggest platforms that offers a golden opportunity to showcase India to the world and project the country as the next hub for growth and innovation. 11 primary themes - Climate and Biodiversity, Space, Urban and Rural Development, Tolerance and Inclusivity, Golden Jubilee, Knowledge and Learning, Travel and Connectivity, Global Goals, Health and Wellness, Food Agriculture and Livelihoods, and Water, each having a dedicated zone all underneath one gigantic roof. The doors open from 1st October 2021 to 31st March 2022.

At the Repro Quiz

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar was the Chief Guest at the first ever ‘Repro Quiz’, a national reproductive medicine quiz organized by Indira IVF in association with Intas Pharma, in Udaipur. The onsite quiz was the final round out of the three levels in which the competition was conducted; comprising 20 finalists selected from around 110 medical colleges of 28 states across the country.

Dr. Rajeev Pachar, Superintendent of Police, AntiCorruption Bureau Udaipur; Dr Dinesh Kharadi, Chief Medical and Health Officer of Udaipur, and Dr. Lakhan Poswal, Principal & Controller, RNT Medical College, Udaipur was also present for the event as the Guests of Honour.

Dr. Kshitiz Murdia, CEO & Co-Founder of Indira IVF; Mr Nitiz Murdia, Director & Co-Founder of Indira IVF; Dr. Nikolaos Polyzos, Dexeus University Hospital, Barcelona (Spain), Dr Chaitanya Nagori, Senior IVF Consultant in Ahmedabad, and Dr. P. Ramesh, Assistant Professor of Reproductive Medicine at Trivandrum Medical College were also present for the occasion.
