Offered prayers to Shree Neelkanth Mahadev Temple

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar attended the Annakut Mahotsav of Shree Neelkanth Mahadev at Udaipur and offered his prayers. On this day the deity is offered many varieties of sweets, fruits and food preparations called the Bhog.

Mr. Mewar was greeted at the temple premises by the members of Shiv Dal Mewar. Other dignitaries included Mr. Chandra Singh Kothari, Ex- Mayor, Udaipur and Mr. Pradeep Kumawat of Alok Institute, Udaipur.

At the foundation stone laying (Bhoomi Poojan) of Shrinath Peeth: Center of Excellence

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar attended the foundation stone laying ceremony of Shrinath Peeth: Center of Excellence at Rajsamand District, Rajasthan. The foundation of Shrinath Peeth: Center of Excellence, the second campus of Mohanlal Sukhadia University to be built on 24 acres of land in Bilota village of Rajsamand, was laid by Governor of Rajasthan Shri Kalraj Mishra. Rajasthan State Assembly Speaker and Nathdwara MLA Dr C.P. Joshi; Education Minister, Government of Rajasthan; Mr. Rajendra Singh Yadav; District In-charge Minister Mr. Udayalal Anjana, representative of Shrinathji Temple's Tilakayat Rakesh Maharaj, and MLSU Vice Chancellor Professor America Singh were present in the ceremony.

Mr. Mewar addressed the gathering and guests for the event and mentioned that girl's education in the country was first started in Mewar 150 years ago and today it is a matter of pride and achievement to lay the foundation stone of the new campus of the university here.
