VICTORY AT CHEFATHON 2026: Shiv Niwas Palace takes Home Top Honors!

On the 22nd March 2026, The culinary team at Hotel Shiv Niwas Palace has proven once again why our Palace remains a beacon of gastronomic excellence. We are thrilled to announce that our team emerged as the First Place Champion at the prestigious "Chefathon 2026," lifting the winner's trophy in the fiercely competitive Professional Category.

Representing the Palace were Chef Narendra Singh, Aman Kumar, and Shakti Singh with a remarkable blend of modern culinary techniques and traditional flavors.

Held at the BN Ground, Udaipur, Chefathon 2026 was organized by the Royal Rajasthan Chef Society (RRCS) with support from the PHDCCI (Rajasthan Chapter) and Evention. The world-class platform brought together the finest culinary minds from across the region.

The exceptional standards of the competition were Gajner Palace, evaluated by an esteemed jury panel featuring Chef Adarsh (Trident), Chef Mohit (Marriott), and Chef Roopam (The Hospitality Story). The grand event was successfully led by RRCS President Chef Vimal Dhar, with vital industry support from Business Connect India (BCI) and United Hoteliers.

Talented chefs prepared an enticing selection of traditional sweets and regional specialties to accompany the festivities. Guests joined in playful color throwing while enjoying these treats, creating joyful, shared moments. Special arrangements marked the occasion at Shiv Niwas Palace (Udaipur), Fateh Bagh (Ranakpur), Gajner Palace (Bikaner), and Karni Bhawan Palace (Bikaner), each venue offering a culturally rooted and festive experience.
