FORTI Excellence Awards 2026: Celebrating Rajasthan's Finest Talents

On 28th March 2026, The three-day FORTI Excellence Awards 2026 expo, organized by the Federation of Rajasthan Trade and Industry (FORTI), concluded with a grand ceremony in Udaipur.
The event was graced by Chief Guest Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar and Special Guest and renowned industrialist Ms. Poonam Kularia. Joining them were key FORTI dignitaries, including President Mr. Suresh Agarwal, Chief Secretary Mr. Girdhari Lal Khandelwal, Women's Wing President Ms. Neelam Mittal, Youth Wing Chief Secretary Mr. Prashant Sharma, and Branch President Mr. Praveen Suthar. Together, the guests honored outstanding talent across various fields. Key awardees included Mr. Vinay Godha of Jaipur (Manufacturing), Mr. Milan Agarwal (Traders Category), Ms. Parul Patanwala of Jaipur, and Ms. Vartika Jain for her exceptional contributions to the media sector.

Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan Meets Shriji to Boost Tourism

On 3rd April 2026, A delegation from the Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR), led by President Mr. Surendra Singh Shahpura, paid a courtesy visit to Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar to discuss strategies for promoting tourism in the Mewar region. The meeting focused on raising standards in the tourism and hospitality sectors while safeguarding the region's rich cultural heritage, and the FHTR expressed its gratitude to Shriji for his continued support and guidance.
An interactive session held in Udaipur brought together industry stakeholders to strengthen tourism across southern Rajasthan. Executive Member Mr. Jitendra Singh Rathore urged adoption of collaborative, modern strategies to address current challenges and seize new opportunities. Representatives from the Udaipur Hotel Association, the Travel Agents Association, and the Udaipur Chamber of Commerce participated, along with Mr. Adhiraj Singh (Secretary, Rajasthan Hotel and Restaurants Association), Mr. Kuldeep Singh, Mr. Rajendra Pachar, Mr. Jitendra Singh Rathore, Mr. Tarun Bansal, and Mr. Rajendra Singh Jodh. The group discussed challenges, identified opportunities, and outlined a comprehensive action plan aimed at sustainable development and enhanced visitor experiences in the region.
