BW School Leadership Summit 2025

The BW School Leadership Summit 2025 was held in New Delhi on August 29, 2025, at The Park and was hosted by BW Businessworld. This inaugural event brought together principals, academic heads, and visionary education leaders to explore innovative ways to shape the future of Indian education. The summit revolved around the theme " The future of learning begins with those bold enough to reimagine it," focusing on how school leaders can rethink pedagogy, lead with clarity during uncertain times, and build future-ready institutions with students at the center of their journey. The event aimed to equip leaders with strategies and connections to champion future-focused teaching methods, foster inclusive learning models, and nurture agile, learner-centric schools through collaboration across the education ecosystem. Distinguished speakers included Dr. Annurag Batra, Chairman & Editor-in-Chief of BW Businessworld, Ms. Arti Dawar, CEO of Shiv Nadar School, Ms. Sonya Ghandy Mehta, School Director of Pathways World School Gurgaon, Ms. Vidhi Mistry, Executive Director of Oxford International Education Group India, and Dominic Tomalin, Founding Headmaster of Shrewsbury International School India. Participants engaged in strategic discussions on integrating technology, creating innovative learning environments, and the essential role of leadership in guiding change.
