Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Speaker, Mr. Vasudev Devnani, visited Udaipur to pay his respects following the demise of Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur.

Mr. Devnani arrived at Shambhu Niwas Palace,Udaipur and offered his heartfelt tributes. He met with the bereaved family members, including Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, and extended his condolences, acknowledging the enduring legacy and contributions of the late Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar to heritage, tourism, and cultural preservation in Rajasthan.

Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar's Visit to Shree Dwarkadhish Temple, Kankroli

Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, accompanied by his family Mrs. Nivritti Kumari Mewar, Master Haritraj Singh Mewar, Miss Mohlakshika Kumari Mewar, and Miss Praneshwari Kumari Mewar visited the revered Shree Dwarkadhish Temple in Kankroli, Rajsamand, stemming from the Pushti Marg tradition.

Significantly, the Pithadhishwar of the Shree Dwarkadhish Temple holds the esteemed position of being the spiritual guide to the former royal family of Mewar. This visit marks a historic moment, as it was Shriji's first appearance at the temple following the completion of the Paag Dastoor (a ceremonial rite of passage).

Upon their arrival at Govardhan Chowk, the Mewar family was honoured with a guard of honour, accompanied by the soul-stirring melodies of the temple band. Proceeding to the main audience hall, the family received blessings from Trutiya Pithadhishwar Kankroli Naresh Pujyapad Goswami 1008 Shri Dr. Vagishkumarji Maharajshri.
