Young Leaders at YPO Nepal Event in Kathmandu

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Executive Director of HRH Group of Hotels, attended a distinguished event organized by the Nepal Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) in Kathmandu, Nepal. During the event, Mr. Mewar engaged in vibrant and stimulating discussions with young executives and entrepreneurs, sharing insights and experiences from his leadership journey. The evening concluded with a networking dinner, fostering further connections among participants. Founded in 1950 in the USA, YPO is a global leadership community of extraordinary chief executives, boasting over 30,000 members across more than 140 countries. Collectively, YPO members represent businesses with a combined net worth exceeding USD $9 trillion.

Established in 2013, YPO Nepal comprises 54 members who lead some of the largest business houses in the country, spanning a diverse range of industries and sectors.

Visit of Jakir Khan and Fakira Khan

A distinguished group of Rajasthani folk artists, led by Mr. Jakir Khan and Mr. Fakira Khan, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar at The City Palace, Udaipur.

Hailing from Barmer district, both Mr. Jakir Khan and Mr. Fakira Khan are renowned exponents of the Langa and Manganiyar folk music traditions. Their performances, characterized by soulful vocals and mastery over traditional instruments, have earned them national acclaim. The group, often referred to as the Fakira Kheta Group, has been instrumental in bringing the vibrant music of Barmer's Langa and Manganiyar communities to audiences across India through appearances at major

events and on television.

During their visit, the artists discussed the importance of preserving Rajasthan's rich musical heritage and shared insights into their ongoing efforts to promote folk music on larger platforms. The interaction was marked by a mutual appreciation for cultural preservation and artistic excellence. The City Palace, Udaipur, continues to serve as a hub for cultural exchange, celebrating the diverse traditions that define Rajasthan's legacy.
