Sat, 4 May Jaipur Art Fair 2024-25 The Jaipur Art Fair, a two-day event, began at the Rajasthan International Center (RIC) in Jaipur. The fair was inaugurated by Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Executive Director, HRH Group of Hotels. The event was led by Ms. Raghushree Poddar, Chairperson of FICCI FLO Jaipur Chapter 2024-25. The vibrant celebration showcased the rich cultural heritage and artisanal craftsmanship of Rajasthan and beyond, serving as both a cultural extravaganza and a significant business opportunity for the region. This event energized tourism and fostered economic growth. The presence of Mr. Mewar added grandeur to the event, highlighting the importance of preserving Rajasthan's cultural heritage and inspiring the youth of India. During a talk show, he discussed the significance of maintaining and promoting Rajasthan's artistic traditions. He also toured the 88 exhibition booths, appreciating the efforts of the artisans and the diversity of the exhibits. The Craft Villa featured live art shows and the works of 15 National Award-Winning Artisans. The Art Villa showcased paintings from renowned artists across the state and the nation, providing a visual feast for attendees. The Food Villa offered a delightful culinary experience, featuring a variety of Indian delicacies. Twelve schools participated, showcasing art pieces created by students. This initiative not only encouraged young talent but also infused the fair with youthful energy and creativity.
