The Governor announced the establishment of a tribal unit at the Raj Bhavan level to reorganize the Governor's Relief Fund, enhance the effective development of tribal areas, and monitor issues related to their sustainable development. Additionally, the meeting emphasized the creation of a public health cadre within the health sector, with practical efforts aimed at reducing infant and maternal mortality rates, integrating artificial intelligence in public health, and implementing the Ayushman Bharat scheme effectively. Proposals were also discussed regarding the establishment of more village courts in tribal areas, the development of a speedy justice system for revenue matters, and the creation of a High Court Bench for tribal regions.
