The recent months have showcased a spectacular showcase of culinary expertise by the talented Chefs of HRH Group of Hotels. The New Year commenced with the vibrant festival of Makar Sankranti on 14th January, marking the sun's transition from the Southern to the Northern Hemisphere, a time considered highly auspicious. Our Chefs crafted exquisite dishes featuring sesame, groundnuts, and jaggery, bringing to life the sweetness of the season through a delightful assortment of festive snacks. The venues were adorned with colorful kites, adding to the festive spirit. Guests not only relished the culinary delights but also engaged in the traditional art of kite flying.

Following this, the celebration of India's Republic Day on 26th January saw our Chefs showcasing their creativity by infusing tri-color elements into their culinary creations. The array of festive snacks, adorned in the hues of the national flag, exuded vibrancy and were savored by our guests.

February brought the celebration of World Pizza Day on 9th February, a day dedicated to the art of crafting the perfect pizza. Guests had the pleasure of indulging in delectable pizzas expertly prepared by our Chefs, showcasing the magic of dough, sauce, and toppings.

The month also featured the delightful offerings of classic strawberry shortcakes and savory dishes in honor of World Strawberry Day on 27th February, treating our guests to a culinary experience that celebrated the essence of this beloved fruit. This refined version captures the essence of the culinary events at HRH Group of Hotels, highlighting the creativity and skill of the Chefs in curating memorable dining experiences for guests.
