HRH Group of Hotels Celebrates Employees' Birthdays

The Human Resource Department of HRH Group of Hotels is committed to fostering a strong and engaged workforce. One of the ways they do this is through their employee engagement programs, which aim to improve employees' feelings and emotional attachment to the company, their job duties, their position within the company, their fellow employees, and the company culture.

In one such initiative, HRH Group of Hotels has started a group birthday celebration program. This program invites employees who have birthdays in the same month to celebrate together on a pre-decided day. In September and October 2023, a total of 107 employees' birthdays were celebrated at the Executive Dining Room at Shiv Niwas Palace. The celebrations were attended by staff members and included cake cutting and other festivities.

The group birthday celebration program is a great way to promote camaraderie and a sense of community among employees. It also helps to create a positive and supportive work environment.

HRH Group of Hotels is proud of its commitment to its employees and is always looking for new ways to engage and support them. The group birthday celebration program is just one example of this commitment.
