First International Water Conference in Udaipur

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar was the Chief Guest at the inaugural session of the First International Water Conference held at Udaipur

The conference began on 8th December 2022, for the first time in India under a collaboration between Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth (Deemed University) and World Water Commission of Sweden at the IT Auditorium situated at Pratap Nagar, Udaipur. Magsaysay Award winner Dr. Rajendra Singh, President of the World Commission for Drought and Floods, also known as the Waterman of India, presided the opening session of the conference

Other guests included Dr. Ashutosh Tiwari, Director of the Institute of Advanced Materials, IAAM (Sweden); Prof. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot; Vice-Chancellor of Maharana Pratap Agricultural University, Prof. N. S. Rathore.

The Objective of the conference was to discuss on the global problem of drought and flood in the world.

Unveling The Palace Calendar 2023

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar unveiled the annual Palace calendar 2023 of 'Shri Vishnu Devalaya' of Udaipur 'Mewar' published by Maharana Mewar Historical Publications Trust, Udaipur. On the occasion of the release of the calendar, Mr. Mewar said that the Mewar state has been following Shaivism, yet Mewar has always welcomed all religions and sects in Mewar with respect. For this reason, the influence of Sanatan, Vaishnav, Vallabhkul, Nimbark, Kabirpanthi, Ramsnehi etc.

sects is also prominently found on this holy land of Mewarnath Parameshwara Ji Maharaj Shri Eklingnath Ji. Mewar has always adopted the spirit of equality of all religions. This time the annual calendar of New Year 2023 is published in collaboration with the Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation, the major forms of Shri Vishnu Devalayas of Udaipur 'Mewar' have been shown.

The calendar depicts the picture of Aaradhyadev Parameshwaraji Maharaj Shri Eklingnathji followed by Thakur ji Shri Jagannath Raiji, Jagdish Mandir, Thakur ji Shri Gokul Chandram ji, Thakur ji Shri Jagat Shiromani ji, Thakur ji Shri Jawan Suraj Bihari ji (Shri Bankde Bihari ji), Thakur ji Shri Ejan Swaroop Bihari ji, Thakur Ji Shree Uday Shyamji, Thakur Ji Shree Vishnu at Kailashpuri and Thakur Ji Shree Uday Shyamji at Udaysagar.
