A group of 13 guests from US fam trip visit to Jagmandir Island Palace, Udaipur. The trip was organized by Greaves Tours. During the visit the group learnt about the heritage and aspects of Mewar. They had a brief meeting with Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Executive Director, HRH Group of Hotels, Udaipur.

The group was greeted by Mr. Adityaveer Singh Ranawat, Vice President, Hotel Operations, HRH Group of Hotels and Mr. Chhatrasal Singh Baghela, General Manager, Shiv Niwas Palace.

Atout France India, the official tourism organisation of France organised its B2B showcase in a high-profile event in Udaipur from 25th to 29th September 2022. It's the first offline workshop since 2019 witnessing over 2000 meetings taking place over two days of productive one-to-one meetings between buyers and suppliers.

The workshop, which also marked 15 years of Atout France's direct presence in India, began with a welcome evening for partners on September 25 at the Jagmandir Palace in the presence of Ambassador of France to India Mr. Emmanuel Lenain.

The first group of tourists travelling in the luxury train, 'Palace on Wheels' was given a traditional welcome at Jagmandir Island Palace, Udaipur.

This was the first run for this luxury train after two years, being halted as of COVID pandemic. Before this the Palace on Wheels was running continuously since 1982. Apart from Delhi and Agra, the seven-day journey of the royal train to the cities of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Jaisalmer and Bharatpur.
