National Youth Conclave 2022(NYC)

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar was bestowed with Business Icon award at the Jewells of Rajasthan session at the National Youth Conclave organized by Jain International Trade Organization JITO at Amritam Palace, Jodhpur. The 3 day conclave was inaugurated by Mr. Om Birla, Lok Sabha Speaker and Mr. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Jal Shakti Minister.

The conclave witnessed the participation of Mr. Asneer Grover, Founder and Managing Director of Bharat Pay; Lodha Group's founding promoter Mr. Mangal Prabhat Lodha; CEO, Lodha Venture Mr. Abhinandan Lodha; Managing Editor, Zee Business Mr. Anil Singhvi; Film actor Mr. Karthik Aryan; Film critic Mr. Komal Nahta; Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame artist and poet Mr. Shailesh Lodha; Stand-up magician Mr. Julius Dean and Bollywood's famous DJ Chetas. Guest were greeted by Jeeto Youth Wing President Mr.Gatik Bhandari.

UNESCO - 2022 ICH NGO Conference

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar welcomed the guests from the country and abroad at the '2022 Intangible Cultural Heritage NGO's Conference' at the Sabhagaar Conference Hall, Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur. The 2 day conference on 25th Sept - 26th Sept was organized by International Information and Networking Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO (ICHCAP) and UNESCO New Delhi Office in association with Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation (MMCF).

Opening remarks was presented by Mr. Éric Falt, Director, UNESCO New Delhi Cluster Office; Congratulatory remarks was given by Ms. Lily Pandeya, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Culture; Ms. Shikha Saxena, Deputy Director, Regional Tourism Office of the Tourism Department of Rajasthan State Government, congratulated all the guests and institutions for the future. Opening remarks was also presented by Mr. Jisung Kim, Director General, International Information and Networking Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO (ICHCAP)

Session included Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) as Driving Force for Sustainable Development; Networking with Civil Societies (Embracing everyone through ICH- ICH and Inclusive Social Development). Guests and participants took a visit to The City Palace Museum followed by interaction with traditional artists; Musical Performance and display of live crafts at The Zenana Mahal. The day 2 started with session at MMCF conference hall and Kush Mahal, sessions included 'Discussion on the importance of research and inventory and Introduction on the Overall Result Framework established within the 2003 Convention for safeguarding the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity'; 'Adoption of the Recommendation, Declaration and Report on the Forum by Rapporteurs'.
