Maharana Pratap Smarak Samiti celebrated the 482nd birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap by conducting yagya and prayers at Moti Magri Smarak. The program was attended by Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, President of the Samiti. Mr. Mewar performed the rituals, yagya and offered garland to the statue of Maharana Pratap. Army band, Police band and Palace band performed during celebration.

Mr. Satish Sharma, Secretary of the Samiti informed that every year samiti organise special programs to mark the historic occasion of Pratap Jayanti. This year too it was a merciful environment at Moti Magri. Sweet weighing 482 kg was offered and equal numbers of lamps were lit on this occasion. Army Band, Burhani Band performed during the celebration.

Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev visited Moti Magri and laid wreath at the statue of Maharana Pratap along with Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar. Mr. Mewar presented a memento to him.

Mr. Mewar inaugurated the photo exhibition at the Information Center under the joint aegis of the Indian Cultural Fund (INTEC) Udaipur Chapter and Information and Public Relations Office.
