Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar paid homage to Swami Vivekanand by garlanding his statue at Fateh Sagar near Moti Magri, Udaipur on his birthday. It is celebrated as National Youth Day in the country

Swami Vivekananda is an inspiration for millions of youths throughout the world with his teachings. His prominence was felt at a convention in Chicago in the year 1893 where he was a participant and speaker. His famous speech on India's spirituality-driven culture and robust history drew praises from the Americans, especially from the intellectual circle. His strong personality, vast knowledge in science and Vedanta, and empathy towards human and animal life made him the torchbearer of peace and humanity.

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar and Prof. S. S. Sarangdevot, Chancellor, Janardan Rai Nagar Vidhyapeeth unveiled the Dainik Bhaskar yearly calendar at The City Palace, Udaipur. The calendar features all the important dates, festivals and important dates as per astrology and stars. Members from Dainik Bhaskar, Udaipur were also present for the occasion.

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar was nominated in the Advisory Board of Governor of Rajasthan, Shri Kalraj Mishra. According to the order issued by Mr. Subir Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Governor of Rajasthan, Mr. Mewar has been nominated in the Governor's Advisory Board constituted for consultation from time to time in matters related to the overall development of Rajasthan like higher education, tourism and art culture, employment generation, law, administration, industry, economics, development of scheduled tribes, water conservation are discussed from time to time. Nine other subject experts have also been nominated.
