Shiv Niwas Palace, Udaipur re-classified as Heritage (Grand) The Central Classification Committee (HRACC), Ministry of Tourism, Government of India inspected Shiv Niwas Palace Udaipur and re-classified Shiv Niwas Palace as Heritage (Grand). The committee was chaired by Mr. Anil Oraw, Regional Director ( North) and other eminent members of the tourism and hotel fraternity. Mr. Adityaveer Singh General Manager Group Operation; Mr. H A Subramanian, Vice President PR; Mr.Kunal Singh, General Manager, Sales Travel Trade represented HRH Group of Hotels during the inspection.

Servo Cement Meet Servo, Indian Oil Corporation held its Servo Cement Meet at Sabhagaar Conference Hall, The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace Convention Centre, Udaipur. The seminar was attended by 140 delegates. Dinner was hosted at The Lawns, Shiv Niwas Palace, Udaipur.
Wed, 28 March HRANI Conclave in association with FSSAI The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Northern India (HRANI) held its conclave on “Synergising Food Safety Standards & Regulation in Hospitality Industry”, at The Imperial, New Delhi in association with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Speaking at the conclave, Mr. Pawan Aggarwal, CEO, FSSAI emphasized on trainings. In all 16-18000 people have been trained, without it being mandatory. About 850 training sessions till date. Focus remains on preventive safety. The upcoming projects will be launching a new generation of IT platform, Food Safety Compliance System (FSCS), this will provide a history sheet of food permissions and their compliances. Also are also trying to establish clean street food hubs, by demarcating areas for the street food. |
